The Baby Sleep Blueprint Signature Course

In this course we lay the foundations for your baby's sleep now, and in the future. You’ll learn how infant sleep actually works - not through rigid rules or expectations, but through biology, development, and nervous system science. We explore why babies wake, how sleep pressure builds, and why night waking is a normal and purposeful part of early life. You’ll be guided through how to respond overnight in a way that supports regulation for both you and your baby, including when to pause, when to step in, and how to keep nights calm and minimally stimulating. We’ll also look at common patterns like false starts and frequent waking, and how small, gentle adjustments during the day can influence nights. This course is about moving away from the idea that sleep needs to be fixed, and toward understanding sleep as something that evolves over time. By the end, you’ll feel more confident reading your baby’s cues, trusting your instincts, and responding in ways that feel aligned, supportive, and sustainable.
